Congratulations on the BandQuest 1st and 3rd placings and 5 individual awards!

Our seven bands all gave fantastic performances on the third night of BandQuest Canterbury Regionals: Unbreakable Glass, The Purple Natives 101, The Sibs, Wed@3, Blended, ACPC and PreTune.

Congratulations in particular to the following who received awards:

1st place – Unbreakable Glass

3rd place – The Purple Natives 101

Killer guitarist award – Josh Wedlake (Unbreakable Glass)

Rock-solid bassist – Kias Nakoroti (Blended)

Rocking drummer award – Bayden Leka (The Purple Natives 101)

Best vocalist – Heinrich Muller (The Sibs)

Rockstar style award – Pepper Hall (ACPC)

Special mention to Rani who broke his shoulder the day before but still manage to play with the Sibs, and to Josh who broke a string just before stepping onto stage and went on to win killer guitarist on a borrowed guitar….
