A wonderful day was had by everyone! Over 1500 primary and intermediate students attended and a public event was a coordination masterpiece! Our wonderful marimba, ukulele and recorder groups took their places and performed in true Chissy fashion and style. We even had a few surprises up our sleeves with key performers shining bright. Jesse Clifford sang beautifully with Voices Co. Mikayla-Mia Dinnington, Akina Baker, Alisa Wong, along with Adelaide Noakes and Leon Pickles pumped out some funky horn lines with Black Seeds trumpeter Barrett Hocking. Well done to all involved! Especially the co-director of the festival, our own Judith Bell.
